Pranayama (Breath control).

Prana means vital air force energy. The aim of pranayama is to regulate breathing, expand and clear the lungs, along with calming the mind. In each class the body is kept completely still in an upright position allowing the energy to flow freely. These sessions are highly recommended for those who suffer from anxiety, asthma, shallow breathing and any condition related to lung disease. Whilst it is recognized that smoking is harmful, this practice can be especially helpful for smokers. Through regular sessions of Pranayama, a noticeable shine will be apparent in the eyes.
